Today in the developing world, cancer kills more than HIV-AIDS, malaria, and TB combined. And while mortality rates for the latter three are declining, cancer rates continue to increase.
NFCR is working to reverse this alarming trend. In 2007, we partnered with the International Atomic Energy Agency to establish its Program of Action for Cancer Therapy (PACT) which enables developing countries to provide cancer care in a sustainable manner. NFCR gives PACT access to current cancer treatment protocols and helps to maximize therapeutic effectiveness and impact by integrating cancer prevention, screening and early detection, and treatment and care to cancer patients.
Please join us by donating today to the PACT Fund. With your help, we can save millions of lives.
