Coastal America

Coastal America is a collection of music by Tim Janis celebrating the beauty of our nation's shores. Highlights include the serene "Where Dreams Begin," the emotional "Point Sur Lighthouse," and the exhilarating "Olympic Coast." From the New England lighthouse, to the Cliffs of Big Sur; the dunes of Cape Hatteras, to the forests of the Olympic Coast. Coastal America expresses the majesty of America's grand and diverse coastline.

Beautiful America

These pieces are inspired by the five featured National Parks from the Public TV special: Yosemite, Rainier, Acadia, Grand Canyon, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Ocean Rose provides one of the highlights of the album and is one of the most inspiring Tim Janis compositions to date.

An American Composer

The full force of the 80 piece symphony orchestra fills this National Public Television Special companion CD. Ten tracks feature the Tim Janis live performance at Lincoln Center in June 2001, conducting his works for a sold out crowd. Nine bonus tracks feature the Tim Janis Ensemble in the studio doing his original violin, pennywhistle, cello, and piano melodic composition arrangements. Nineteen tracks in all from an album that hit #1 on the Billboard Classical Crossover chart.

Christmas Piano Collection

Christmas favorites, from the First Noel to Angels We Have Heard on High, arranged in the classic Tim Janis style. With rich arrangements giving way to tender moments, Tim Janis exemplifies the Christmas spirit with these tracks full of violins, flute, guitar, and orchestral percussion. Includes a special performance of the deep and haunting Healy Irish Flute.
